Independent Feature Film PROJECT LONDON Eats Planet Belonging to Independent/Special Effects/Sci-Fi Film Fans

This feature-length marvel has been labeled as the most ambitious, almost-no-budget, effects movie ever attempted completed, and is now available for purchase on Kickstarter.

Project London – an epic live action, science-fiction action-adventure film featuring 774 vivid, intense visual effects with animations created using open-source 3D software – is now available for fans worldwide to purchase. Using Kickstarter, fans and supporters can purchase the movie on DVD or Blu-Ray and get exclusive access to other Project London products and merchandise, depending on the package purchased.
“We’ve put in countless hours, days, months, years into creating this wonderfully unique story,” Project London Writer/Director Ian Hubert said. “With the support of our fans through the Kickstarter campaign, we’ll finally be able to share our work around the world. I can’t thank enough the more than 250 volunteers that helped make my vision into this feature movie… A movie that will eat your planet.”

During the movie’s production, Project London has already received accolades from industry professionals:

After a screening during the 2012 Comic Con show in San Diego, before postproduction was completely finished, Josh Glaser of the Comic-Con International Films Department said, “(Project London) looked pretty damn good at Comic-Con!”

When the first trailer released for Project London, spurring from an interview with Wrtier/Director Ian Hubert, Jawbone TV called the movie “the most ambitious nobudget effects movie ever.”

Also making its world premiere is a music video from Seattle rock band Half Acre Day for “Pythagoras Switch,” featuring never-before-seen footage from Project London. The video is now available on Vimeo, and the song is available for purchase through iTunes.
“Pythagoras Switch is about a great, mysterious machine whose purpose, origin and age are fuzzy at best. What is this thing? Where did it come from? What does it do? Whose side is it on?” Half Acre Day songwriter Matt Kristiansen explained. “On a more general level, it’s an exploration into the nature of unknown fears and mass hysteria.”

The Project London movie is the centerpiece of the entire Project London franchise, which includes Project Manahattan, the prequel novella, the Project London graphic novel and the Project London Soundtrack, featuring exclusive music from Half Acre Day and more. The publications are available for purchase on www.projectlondonmovie.com, or those and the soundtrack can also be acquired through varying contribution levels in the Kickstarter campaign.
